Personal Artist Statement

I had the good fortune to be born into the Aldrich Family. My dad, Charles Aldrich, is an artist, transforming boards of pine into beautiful and intricate scenes of love and loss. My mother, Donna Aldrich, is an artist, teaching fine art to high school students by day and depicting the American life with color and charm by night. My sister, Eleanor Aldrich, is an artist, imitating a person’s personality, soul, and body on canvas. My childhood was filled with creativity and visual arts.

Its no wonder that by the time I left for Northern Arizona University I wanted to study something individual, beautiful, and creative. Five years later, I had a Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design with a Minor in Fine Art, and had completed a traditional apprenticeship with Trompe L’oeil Muralist, Sean McConnell.

I enjoy eating baked goods, reading J.D. Salinger, backpacking with my husband, and of course, working with you to make your home or work space delightful, fascinating, and entirely tailored to you.

I would like to thank my husband and friend Nicholas for creating and managing this website.
